4. Role of LoanMoney & Partner Institutions

• Facilitation Only: Our role is strictly limited to assisting you in the loan application process and forwarding your details to our partner banks/NBFCs (such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv, etc.).
• Final Decision: The final decision to approve or reject a loan application, the interest rate (ROI), tenure, and sanctioned loan amount rests solely with the respective lending institution. LoanMoney does not guarantee loan approval or specific terms.
• Third-Party Terms: Your actual loan agreement will be between you and the lender. You are advised to read the lender’s specific terms, conditions, and privacy policies carefully before signing any agreement.

5. User Consent & Communication (WhatsApp/SMS/Calls)

By submitting your details on our website:

• Explicit Consent: You authorize LoanMoney and its partners to contact you via Phone Calls, SMS, Email, or WhatsApp Business regarding your enquiry.
• DND/NDNC Override: This consent provides us specific authorization to contact you and overrides any registration on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry or DND (Do Not Disturb) lists.

• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the authenticity of the documents submitted.
• Consequences of Fraud: Providing fraudulent, altered, or misleading documents may lead to the immediate rejection of your application and may result in potential legal consequences under Indian law.

7. Fees and Charges (Zero Fee Policy)

• No Service Fees: LoanMoney provides its consultancy, facilitation, and documentation assistance services to customers completely free of charge. We do not collect any service fees, consultancy charges, or commissions from our clients for our services.
• No Upfront Personal Payments: We maintain a strict policy against fraud. We never ask for "Security Deposits," "File Charges," or "Processing Fees" to be paid into personal bank accounts or in cash.
• Lender Fees: Please note that standard processing fees and GST may be levied by the banks/NBFCs as per their internal policies. These fees are typically deducted directly from the loan amount by the lender during disbursement and are not paid to LoanMoney.
